About the Role:
Using your electrical power engineering knowledge, you will become a technical expert in our software products and help customers get the maximum value from using them. You will develop yourself in technical documentation and gain programming and software development skills that will support your growth in the company. We are looking for electrical power engineers who find working for a software company exciting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Contribute to software development programs.
Provide technical assistance and training to customers.
Gain customer feedback for input into the maintenance programs.
Support the research and development team members.
Develop software documentation.
Develop and/or contribute to technical white papers.
Required Skills:
Electrical Engineering degree.
A master's degree in Electrical Power is highly-regarded.
Knowledge of electrical power calculations.
Experience writing technical documents, for example, a thesis.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products.
Good phone communication skills.
Ability to interact well with people and customers.
